Auxiliary Propulsion and Power

- original 10 HP Volvo MD6A, Raw water cooled - in good operational condition
 - (*New* 2016). Repowered with a Beta 16 Diesel
- Replaced shaft packing and Cutlass bearing.
- Added a Racor Primary fuel filter/w sight glass;
- Replaced Fuel Tank

Interior and Accommodations

- Updated the cushions 
- Head uses a Macerator pump and holding tank system.  The Head door when
  opened fully closes the forward compartment off from the main cabin - neat ...
- Updated Auto Bilge pump; replaced with Two Rule 750's; one is 1.5 Inch
     above the other - for redundancy
- repaired the manual bilge pump
- Has pressurized cold water. Removed hot water tank and piping.
- there was some minor rot in teak veneer covered floor.  Repaired with epoxy
  designed to be absorbed by rot.  Refinished floor/w 'The Ultimate Sole' finish.

Hull, Accessories

- Sound Hull and Deck, Wheel steering
- Rudder, have done some West Epoxy repairs to address some cracks on top
- Hull Valves had the original gate valves - all were replaced with Groco
   tri-foot/bolted bronze thru hull ball valves.

Electronics and Instruments

- Depth sounder
- VHF 
- Speed indication
- Compass was rebuilt
- Garmin color GPS/ plotter    
- added Wheel Pilot

Sails - Rigging

- Roller furling headsail - an original older Schaefer furling system. 
  Genoa is sewed into stay, and the stay and sail are hoisted into position just
    aft of forestay. Has the advantage of being able to drop the entire headsail
    in a couple of minutes if furler jams.
- Sails are in 'road-able' condition
